There were more miles on the car than what they told me like 100,000 more plus there's no locking mechanism in the car and the tires were unsafe to drive on the road per tire expert. Resolution Sought To have a car that functions like it is supposed to and is safe to drive on the road.

This email is to respond to our customers complaints. At Gold Key Auto we do value our customers and their experience here with us. The following are our responses and since there were a few we will respond to each one directly. In regards to the mileage, Jodi and Jason signed an odometer disclosure agreement stating the mileage on the vehicle. For the locking mechanism and the tires we offer and recommend to all customers that they are able to take the vehicle to a local mechanic of their choice to have the vehicle inspected prior to purchase. Jodi and Jason signed a waiver to the mechanical inspection form. If they had brought up either of these issues at the time of purchase or possibly even very soon after the sale we would have more than likely put these repairs on a "We Owe You Owe" form and taken care of these issues for them. Not on the complaint but what we did for the customer recently was work with the police and the customer to help them locate their vehicle after it was stolen. Without our assistance it would have been much more difficult for the police to recover the vehicle if at all. Once the vehicle was recovered it was brought to Gold Key so that they wouldn't have any impound or storage fees racking up by another impound lot or business. They decided to file an insurance claim on the vehicle due to it being stolen. The only issue we knew of is it didn't have a key. We then free of charge worked with their insurance company to help them get a new key for the vehicle. We had even offered them our spare key that we had on file for the vehicle. The vehicle sat here for a few weeks as we weren't able to get into touch with either Jason or Jodi. Whenever given the chance we have tried to help Jason and Jodi as they were customers of ours.
