I've paid for 22 inch gold rope necklace with gold diamond cross and gold president jewelry fail to report detail to USPS information. Once contacting gold president jewelry by email they fail to give me any response. Resolution Sought Want my product ordered and it's not custom made so it supposed to take 2 to 5 days to receive item purchased.

Customer made a follow up on her order on the 20th of June and it was responded. Item that she have purchase was out of stock and she was advised regarding that and was also the reason on the delay of shipment. Asked her if she's willing to wait or to process a refund. June 25th she opted for a refund and refund request was processed on the 26th of June. Order has still been DELIVERED on July 3, 2021.
