I was told a diamond I purchased had a slight Flaw after I gave him the money for it & he refused to give me a receipt. Meanwhile I am out 800 and I'm sure he just pocketed it .. and the diamond was very flawed and not even a pawn shop would take it for any amount. Resolution Sought Refund.
