A man named Jerry, was the person responsible for taking my money for down payment, and waited 4 months to actually working on my roof. I am a 89 year old widow and I shouldn't be treated this way. After a week after down payment, there was a leak in my kitchen ceiling. Has gotten worse. Resolution Sought Put the ridge vent back on the shed roof, Show proof of lein waiver, show proof of paid in full for the new roof, respond to call back in a timely manor and why you took my down payment 4 months before actually starting job? Nothing about this company has been anywhere near timely. Always , I'll get back to you.
