I, Timothy Bolden Jr, authorized my mother Lilia Bolden to act on my behalf to perform in a way to file complaints, collect payments, in my business operation, attached is a client consent signed form due to personal and emotional boundaries it caused by the cases handled by the lawyer involved on this complaint need justice numerous left unanswered issues in cases handled Ralph Santoro such as: Illegal submission Timothy Bolden Jr LES statement every two weeks for $6000 while making only $2579 based on Santa Clara California pricing Spouse, child support I lived all my life at Chula Vista CA 91913 Ralph Santoro lied about my mother were admonished in fact, Ralph Santoro, opposing lawyer has been admonished by Judge with wrong impression for court hearing agenda scheduled On July 9, 2024, explained to both lawyers scheduled for child visitation custody and not for RO or DV. Ralph Santoro hired counselor has given me frustration, disappointment, dissatisfaction, misleading, misrepresentation, manipulate with his mickey mouse job on my case being mishandled the amount money I paid he did not give shed lights or good service on my case but heartaches and frustrations. Ralph Santoro is not good at delivering the clarity of the case. He dragged out my case telling me to trust him and messed everything up. I request refund in the amount $28,500 Resolution Sought Emails calls sent to them on 07/12/24, 07/18/24, 07/22/24 I need to settle talk to this out but I was threatened not to call or email them.
