I had taken my daughter to see WWE. It is not a show that I would be interested to see but it was something my daughter wanted to go to. I was sitting in my chair when I felt the beating of feet hitting my chair. I finally turned around after the 2nd round of beating, and asked the child to stop kicking my chair. The father responded that it was his sons first show, and I responded, "it was my first show to". I felt someone kicking the chair again. This time, the son and husband left and the wife is now kicking my chair, and screaming profanity at me. I got up to see if security would assist. The head of security, Tele, started talking at me, saying that violence isn't allowed. He wouldn't hear me. He also hid his name badge and told me that I was lucky that he wasn't throwing me out. My daughter mentioned to me while I was away from my seat that the woman sitting next te her said "your mother shouldn't be spoken to that way and gave her $10. Her seat was #6. The security moved US to less expensive seats. I couldn't believe the lack of understanding and willing to offer a proper remedy for us as we did nothing wrong yet were treated like we were acting out of line. Resolution Sought I would like all of my monies returned to me. The head of security should absolutely be removed as he does nothing to support paying consumers who are verbally and physically assaulted. Kicking ones chair and swearing at them should never be allowed.

I purchased 5 tickets for WWE's Saturday Night Main Event at the Golden 1 Center. I am a diabetic and I brought my glucose meter with me. during the security check, I was told by the golden 1 center staff that it was not allowed in the arena with the meter, I felt that I was discriminated against for having a medical device for a condition that I have. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for all my tickets since I was not able to attend the event due to Golden 1 Center staff denying me entrance to the event.
