Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Customer Complaint

Spoke to property maintenance. The explain that there's a smell from our apartment that is covering the whole floor and that other tenants are complaining and that he's been planning to give us a notice for this for months. But I've never heard any complaints from the property managers or from other tenants or anything about this. And then overnight, we get an eviction notice for this. Two weeks out from Christmas from a company that claims to be a Christian based company. Resolution Sought I want them to remove the eviction notice that we got. I don't know where overnight.
