Terrible lack to detail in packing & shipping household goods!

In April of 2013 Golden Services packed & shipped our household goods on military orders from WA to HI. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone especially military families. We had an awful experience after receiving our household goods. After bringing our concerns to the attention of George, the General Manager, Golden Services refused to go over and beyond in continuing to follow through w/ helping their customer. The lack of detail to our inventory was terrible. Our washer & dryer were never listed on our inventory, our MBR bed was listed as a queen instead of a cal king, just to name a couple of the significant errors in their work. The fact that the company was not willing to take an extra step in correcting and helping the claims process was very disappointing. Military families this company did not have our best interest, I recommend you stay away.
