This is a collection agency. They called me and I did not pick up because I didn't know the number. I called back twice, a person answered and each time I spoke to say I was returning a call I was hung up on. This is some medical debt, I assume, that I was not properly made aware of that is now in collections. They also don't seem to have an online payment system. Resolution Sought To pay whatever I owe without having to deal with their horrible customer service.
