Golden State Storage reviews

I would like this not to happen to anyone else ever.

On October 24, 2018 I found I could not open my storage door on the bottom storage at Golden State I got somebody to help me and I noticed that everything was in disarray, my things were gone through And things were stolen. Also the alarm that supposed to alert anybody in the office that my storage unit was broken into on was broken and smashed up it seems like they came in over the walls which is easy to do apparently and took my stuff (Also as I went through each of my storages and took thorough pictures I noticed the same thing. Storage unit told me that no one got into my storage is because my locks weren't cut but three out of the wall of four of the walls in the storage units were easily accessible to anyone in the storage next to it behind it beside it and it is wrong and they know about it and that is why I am reporting today almost one year later because I have been devastated as my pictures and valuables were rifle through stolen or destroyed. I would like them to patrol for thieves I would like this not to happen to anyone else ever. I would like them to except the responsibility because they have not I don't give my key to anyone I have had people help me move stuff in but I have never lost the key to anyone. At the storage is for 16 years two of them and they had alarms inside the gate code I felt safe in for years and years and years I was safe and then all of a sudden I come in one day and find out I was wrong.
