Began a purchase of a park model home, put my deposit down. Conducted a walk thru with their employee to determine items that needed to be fixed… gave them the full amount on Aug 24. To this day nothing has been fixed we have cracks in drywall, a door that doesn't seal. They even have left the lock box that realtors use for keys on the door. I'm at wits end and need help please. Resolution Sought Me desire is for the items to be fixed and quit ignoring it or saying it's not our problem.
