I ordered a brand of hair by Model Model Ego Indian Healthy Remy Hair. I never received a tracking number only a order # 389696 on 10/20/2021. The company reached out on 10/29/2022 asking if I would take an alternate item. I responded with no and would like a full refund due to I only order for that particular brand. I have not heard anything since. Every time I call I am redirected via email for an associate to reach out to me within 1 hour. I never receive an email. I would just like a full refund. Resolution Sought Full refund.
