I enrolled my Granddaughter Kali Rose in the Goldfish Swim School of Owings Mills in late June 2023 for 1 month of swim lessons to start July 1st. She was not able to attend her last 3 lessons of July. We opted not to enroll her for further lessons yet on August 1st they unexpectedly took anther $120 for the month of August after several attempts to contact them they finally answered with they are unable to do refunds only store credit. I explained that nothing in the language of the contract in which I signed said anything about recurring charges. They said I'm sure our Representative explained that. I never talked to a Representative I signed her up online and paid online with my credit card. For the month of July I explained that we need to fix this with a full refund as I had zero intentions of continuing. They are a National Company that do not need to precede with taking my money ill advised in this manner. Tonya Kali's Grandmother (my other half) explained that we are not asking for "store credit" on the 3 $30 per visit missed. Only the unauthorized $120 fee taken for the month of August.
