I signed a consignment agreement with Goldin Auction LLC Last year. For them to get my 2 1970s DDO large date pennies Grade and authenticate, so I sent the coins and the guy who sent me the contract Michael Cramer received my coins on the 26th of May he started that he would call once he got the coins he did .Then a week later he quit., and the company is not wanting to full fill the contract. But they knew that this guy did this before. But they keep me working for the company. So now there lawyer Andrew keep telling me that the coins never came I was lying and basically they don't want to pay me. The coin sold at Auction in 2022 for 24,150 at VIP auction. So I sent a breached of contract and they wanted me to settle for $5 because they claim the expert authenticed the coin not true . So for months there lawyer claim there came but 3 wks ago he states that Cramer told him that the coins were worthless. So why would he quit and why would he type of a contract and have me to sign tax papers. To me that don't sound worthless. So I asked there lawyer to send me my coins are pay me the value of my coins. Because I have everything to prove that there is a Wrongful Act law involved. Defamation of my name dishonest and fraudulent, too me if this company knew of this guy doing something like this before why keep him hired on to do this to someone else and that someone is me. Resolution Sought I Sabrina would love for you to hold them accountable for there contract agreement and have them to pay me for the value of my coins . I trusted this company and they where not honest they. Totally been fraudulent.
