Goldman Sachs was sent an email from Priceline stating the reservation was canceled and I want my money returned to me. There were two bookings both for September 30th check out October 2nd. The first reservation was for 335.00 reservation 39220310517 and the second reservation was for $290.00 a king suite. I called Priceline and the hotel on September 30th after I saw the better room deal on line for lesser money. I was advised by Priceline they could cancel this reservation and book the king suite for 290.00. After checking out I noticed I was charged for both reservations. I contacted Priceline and was advised this reservation for 335.00 was cancelled and I was not charged for the reservation. I reached out to Goldman Sachs Mastercard and advised them I had been charged for both reservations. They started a dispute and later sent information advising the stay was confirmed. I am trying to confirm I stayed at the hotel but this booking was cancelled. I also submitted information concerning the booking was cancelled on September 30th and I was never charged for this reservation. Resolution Sought I want my money returned to me and at this point I should be returned money for the other reservation. I have experienced such issues trying to get this resolved.

This started three years ago when I bought an iPhone 13 for $1121.00. I set my payments for $77.04 so that the phone could be paid off sooner. Come to find out Goldman Sachs bank changed the fees and started embezzling money from USAA my bank. They made up fraudulent charges that never existed to run up the apple card limit so they could get me to pay them a 21 APR at the end of the duration. Nevertheless, the bank has taken close to $2000.00. They have acknowledged wrongdoing but still refuse to fix the problem and give me my money I'm over this dysfunctional bank. I have tried on several occasions to get a call back from this company without success. I have advised the BBB, the CEO and the Attorney General so far; however, they choose not to take my complaint seriously. I will continue until the bank is investigated. Goldman Sachs bank files have already been seized, according to the BBB for corruption of other businesses. I hate I did business with Goldman Sachs Bank. Whoever comes across my complaint, please DO NOT DO business with this company. They are practising fraudulent actions on consumers I have proof to back up every allegation I have alleged. Now it's time for me to send evidence to the FBI and CIA. This is not a threat but a promise. A company like this needs to understand that consumers are not playing with them when it comes to their money. We worked too hard for our money to be used by a shabby bank with the arrogance of stealing from consumers. Resolution Sought 1.) I want this slimeball bank to give me a thorough apology in writing for all the hell they have taken me through for three years unnecessary. I was a great customer of Goldman Sachs. I paid my bill on time; never gave them an issue. I was never late with any payment. Now, this money-hungry bank is alleging I was late with 25.00$ they were not due. 2.) Give me back every penny of overpayment ASAP I would like that within the next two weeks. 3.) I want the credit bureaus to be notified.
