I want the world to know the lackidazical attitude & unprofessional matter in which company does business.

I was trying to speak to a credit card representative, but to no avail. Even after, being on hold for 1 hour & 5 minutes. The toll free # is: 1-800-947-1000
This incident has made me rethink my credit bank choices. Therefore, This convinced me to change credit card companies. I would like a formal complaint be filed against the GM Card & Goldman Sachs Bank, USA who has assumed GM credit card accounts. I also, want their credit rating to suffer & make it known to the world of what to expect P ect should u choose to do business with this organization. I want the world to know the lackidazical attitude & unprofessional matter in which company does business.
