What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. They took months to refund

I went in for a free trail that I canceled a week later and a few months later I have over $310 unauthorised debits that continued for a couple months after they had been notified. I was very polite in dealing with them but more often then not I was told to leave a message that would never be returned. I finally received my money nearly 5 months later.
