Islamophobic Business

My name is Naadir al-Rais, I had a student loan defaulted from last year due to health issue and this law firm landed on handling its collection. Steven Goldsmith was the one whom I had to deal with and this guy had the nerve to say some very nasty things over the phone, citing things like how his people would collect on the debt owed to what was done in israel, like him and his father would collect on the debt I owed to their client. Called a Muslim piece of shit, a pedophile worshipping war monger! Disgraceful STEVEN GOLDSMITH! MAY ALLAH FORGIVE YOU!

Snakes in the grass describes this company. I defaulted on my student loan. I live on social security and a small pension. This company picked up my default. My loan went from $30,000 to $80,000. They served me with papers to defend the debt but did not include the top paper to say which courthouse I was to go to. Living in Orange County I went to the courthouse there. Nope. I called and spoke to Nancy. She actually laughed at me and said, quote 'you expect me to help you'. Needless to say they won the case. Next I spent $2000 on a student aid company to try and get the loan payment down to $5 due to my minuscule income. Goldsmith and Hull changed the venue from Hemet to Los Angeles, but sent the notice to the 'wrong' address. The case was buried by Judge William D Kellers office in Los Angeles. These lowlifes have just increased my repayment to $300 a month. No notice, nothing. How am I supposed to live on $1900 a month?
