They were unable to locate the info(on me)but charged me any way plus 9.95 to down load. Unable to find info.

I called right back cuz their system couldn't find info on me. Seeking work wanted to know if there was something out there I was unaware of. The girl I talked to said she couldn't cancel the request, she said maybe tomorrow or the next day. I emailed because by phone didn't work. They said I would no longer be charged in the future but offered no refund. Instead I received a threatening email, saying I would be responsible for their attorney & court costs. What?!!? I just want my $10.95 returned because they couldn't produce anything. Before they did the search they said it would be a one time fee to be able to download their findings. They found nothing on me so there was nothing to download, I called them right away to no avail just an unfair run around.
