I am disgusted and disappointed with gonetspeed. When I went to pay my monthly bill for the privilege of keeping my email address I was surprised to find that the amount had doubled. Apparently I had been notified that this was going to happen in an "email ". How can they justify doubling my bill without my acknowledging the change. With a business practice like that I would never trust this company for anything and definitely would never consider any service from them again including cable. Resolution Sought A refund on the hike.

Like many companies, GoNetspeed has recently experienced significant increases in our operating costs. In order to continue to provide the exceptional level of services that our customers have come to rely on, GoNetspeed had to make adjustments to our pricing, effective March 1st. All customers were provided with advanced notice of these increases with a printed message on their prior months bill. Ms. Richen's bill contained the following message: "ATTENTION: Due to increased operating costs we will be increasing your e-mail service rate to $9.95. This increase is effective on March 1, 2024." We apologize that this increase notification was missed but we did our best to properly communicate. The customer initiate a disconnect of their email account on 3/31/2024.
