I went to your location in paramount store 17 on Monday I placed an order for a rosca and they told me that by friday the 17th I was going to be ready and the time was 2pm to be picked up so I went at 530pm and my order was not ready its passed 8pm and still nothing this is not acceptable I need to speak to someone asap the manager at that location Eduardo Castrejon was helping me out but that bakery manager needs to be accountable for her department Resolution Sought Talk to the bakery manager and if they said a time and date for their orders they should follow up not make excuses of why it's not ready
