Extremely bad customer service. False information given by loan department about my loan. We had blue raven do our solar panels and good leap was who did our loan. When questioned they put all the blame on blue raven. Even though they record all calls, the manager I spoke with today refused to even look into it to help correct the mistake that over a dozen goodleaps employees stated that I would definitely receive the 30 tax credit the first year and that I would be able to use that to pay down my loan with them to keep my monthly payments at where they are. They told me every step of the way that I would get the whole 30 tax credit the first year. But when I found out while paying Jackson Huitte that we will reviece it over the next couple.years. goodleap is refusing to work with me to make this right. I am being told that they are hanging me out to dry even though they are the ones to tell me how it was going to work. The manager would not even go back to listen to the calls to see if in dead the employees gave wrong information. Goodleap is dishonest to trap people into the loans and payments and says whatever they need to get you to sign-up.. Resolution Sought I would appreciate goodleap to acknowledge they did wrong and re do my loan to keep my monthly payments down and agree to extend the promo part of the loan to line up with the tax return guidelines..

Goodleap is a lending company. On February 9, 2023 I had some plumbing work done on my property from a company called Goettl. The terms were for a 12 month interest free payment schedule. Goodleap never sent me a billing statement till March 2, 2024. They billed me one month after the 12 month interest free period. They then charged me a $1000.00 interest charge. They did not send any statements informing me of the interest free deadline. If they had informed me of the approaching deadline I would have paid it off before interest had set in. I did not not have their address or phone number till I received their statement this month. How could I have made any payments without that information? They said they called a few times, but we never received them! Not a place I would ever do business with again!!! To me it was just a way to get more money. Resolution Sought To get my interest back of a $1000.00.
