I'm calling because I'm the new owner *** lodge St Troy , my grandmother informed the supervisor that to leave one trash can on the property. Now when I went outside this morning my trash can was gone I corresponded with the supervisor she said it was big $30 for the trash can I said okay she was very disrespectful to me when I called back she yelled at me but she told me the opposite with my grandmother stated all I asked her was to have the trash can back by the end of the week she yelled at me I hung up on her because it's unprofessional please correspond with me when you can thank you Resolution Sought I would like the trash can place back on the property, better communication skills because I need that trash can because I stay out here in the country all I wanted was the trash can not the unprofessionalism from the supervisor if it's not handled then y'all just do what y'all have to do after better Business bureau thank you and have a wonderful day

My late grandfather R. Jennings was a loyal customer with the Good Old Boys. Now his wife my grandmother Mrs. Jennings contacted them last week and told them to take one garbage disposal and leave the other and to correspond with the new property owner concerning if they wanted to keep the garbage can. When I went outside this morning both garbage disposals are gone and it only was supposed to been one garbage disposal left. I contacted the supervisor and she explained that she would have someone bring the garbage disposal back out but I told her hold on let me contact my grandmother who's the property owner too, to make sure that is what's supposed to be done. When I converse with my grandmother the lady switch my grandmother's words around it was a total opposite, I stated to the property owner who is my grandmother that I will handle the matter because I'm the new property owner too. Now the lady was very unprofessional she screamed and yelled when I offered to speak to someone else do to me and her not able to correspond with each other the right way and I told her I'm just going to hang up and make a complaint because she was refusing to let me speak to someone else that's over the business because she stated it was family owned she was very unprofessional and all I had ever wanted was just the the garbage disposal to be brought back to the property the way she stated it was supposed to but no she wanted to be argumentative on the phone and I was not going to do that. Resolution Sought What I would like is for it to be a one month free garbage disposal for the month of January and I will follow up February on changing the account into my name instead of my late grandfather's name. I just want the garbage disposal back on the property like it was guaranteed for it to be and she did not keep her other end of the bargain.
