People who have been vetted since their original move in dates, many 10+ years, are being charged a $1000 fee to move from one rental to another within the community. Or they are selling their mobile and having to move to an apartment or assisted living. It is less expensive to be vetted as a new resident then to move within the community are vetted. These fees are excessive and seem to be elder abuse Resolution Sought Return money to all of the people they have charged and stop charging future people.
