What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. If we determine, in our sole judgment, that a review may not be genuine, that is, it may not have been posted by a customer, we will remove it. 5Stars because the end result was very fair. This business honestly takes our concerns seriously & try to resolve.

I visited a Goodwill on an ER visit to VA, during checkout something was wrong with their register, ran my card twice & still wouldnt let me have my merchandise because their machine had no receipt, yet my phone did. Left, went back and rebought the merchandise, my daughter did. They said theyd contact me and refund my card, didnt happen so i contacted 'these people'. The Director of Godwill Industries called me, listened, was very kind and polite, offered me a $25gift certificate and mailed it to me. He apologised, said if there was any other problem that i could call him directly! It all worked out in the end. When we take the right measures, it all measures out!
