To look into this matter because they are putting a lot of people's laugh at Danger and especially the elders and the younger people

There was a couple of employees that came up with the corona virus at the Westmoreland store. They did not close the store or put up any sign they were still letting customers come in the store it wad 3 days later before they had the facility director go whip the store down while customers were still coming in the store there were several other stores were employees came up positive for the corona virus and the same thing they did not close down and still let customers come in and shop they are not following. CD C guide lines hats one of the reasons people are still coming up positive for the corona virus..they had people come up positive with the corona virus in the warehouse and did not shut down. Their facility director is on drugs and he his running. Machines and operating other equipment. I've told them to take a ua of him and they could die from Catching the covid-19 because they're not following the guidelines

I want to see better managers that treat their employees with respect.

I thought goodwill was suppose to care about their workers and customers. From what i seen and experienced Mrs. Jill acts like she does not care. I do not like how she talks to the employees there . She gets smart with them for no reason from the looks of it she always picking on someone. She barley smiles and she looks like her life is miserable. I feel like goodwill has let some of the customers and employees down by hiring managers like her. And this is with all stores especially the career centers. A lot of people showing fake love and act like they want to help. Goodwill should hire better managers i feel like the all the managers should get investigated and goodwill needs to start asking their employees how they feel about their mangers. And all honesty yall should fire the managers at the phoenix city location and hire new ones cause i have seen and heard a lot of bad things. And from my understanding this is not the first time somebody has complained about mrs jill. So that means y'all need to do something. About this
