Let her know to be more friendly, she need customers service skills. I love shopping at your store ever since she came aboard.
My complaint is against you manger, Leah last year another associate check me out at the register. I left the store to do other business else where, 20min later my husband came and told me the she(Leah) need to see my receipt because she didn't ck. Me out. I show her my receipt, ever since then when I come in she just have a rude attitude, she needs to have a more friendly attitude towards her costumers
