Went to goodwill on a day when a certain colors are 1.99. Found an item with the stated color (green) tag was not torn and only had the color of the week on it. There was no bar code. Cashier informed me that she would have to give it to her manager then her manager came and changed the color and the price to the current color for the week. I ended up paying full price for the item because the green tag was changed.
