Goodwill/ goodwill outlet is one of my most favorite spots to treasure hunt; which means I frequent at many of ya'lls locations, numerous times a week; buy hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise; and also donate to yall, instead of local thrift stores. Well after today, that will all change, I was in your North Charleston location, off Rivers Ave this afternoon, doing my thing, and As I go to check out my boyfriend sets a picture on the counter next to 3 other pictures just like it, but I guess because the cart had a decent amount of items; some point the price tag fell off one of the pictures IN THE CART; the gentleman alerts me that because there's no price tag on it, he can't sell it to me; I then state to him, how come; they're are 3 other ones EXACTLY like it all the same price, as the tag in and it's in the buggie; he said no I'm sorry store policy, no sticker, can't sell. I then ask for a manager (Mrs. Eyvette) whom I start explaining the situation too, mind you my tab is currently at $178.02; she says, no he's right; he's doing his job, this is going to have to go back to the back and go back thru and get repriced; I look at her dumbfounded not being able to comprehend the stupidity I had just heard; I say, so your going to NOT sell me this picture, and put it back in the back and have someone re sticker it?! How long will that take; and she goes, I'm not sure, depends on who's working. And said ya'll have a nice day,and walked away. Resolution Sought An apology for start would be nice since she embarrassed us for no reason; actual code of selling standards, and actually taught the same standards at ALL LOCATIONS, and for the employees to take a class on power trip; they all take stuff to seriously yet don't even know if what they're causing a scene over or how to properly handle a customer when something like that arises
