Let me start off by saying this Goodwill I've given many chances to and I'm officially done. Today, we were in the store and we had a pretty good size haul. At the check out line the "manager" Cynthia was checking us out. We had a girls outfit that was priced by the goodwill staff she employees for $3.24 and she informed me that that price was wrong and that it have to pay $5.24 or I could buy them for $3.24 each. (Make that make sense) I informed the rude employee that I would like it for the price that it was priced. We went back and forth and then she choose to take one of the items and throw it behind her register and inform me that I don't want it. First of all this up-charging is illegal. You priced it I didn't. And then to throw the item when I was requesting you to honor your price was beyond rude. You lost my business and I will make sure to warn everyone of your practice of changing prices once you checked out. I guess the BBB will find this interesting as well. Resolution Sought Not upcharge from the price that their staff prices the items. It's taking advantage of people.
