I was having a problem with my Jeep pulling too the right . I brought it back to where I bought it and explained the problem. I also said there was a problem with my stearing. Which I have told them before. I have the paperwork stating what I said however, when I saw what they fixed and the dealership stated needing possible break hose pads caliper and rotors.it was only the leftside the did both rotors, which is normal to do but they never replaced the hose. Which is the culprit. Now I am having the same issue and they obviously are not going too do right by me. Tgey also never checked the stearing like I asked. I had winter tires put on at a different place and they called me and asked if I new there was a problem with my stearing? I said yes but obviously once again they never did anything. The tire dealership tightened what the needed to fir nothing and it wasnt there job tooo do this. I was driving unsafe.. I called them and explained this and they didnt care and brushed it off. I took my jeep to someone else and they looked over goodwins work. And said it was the hose that they never replaced Resolution Sought I want them too reimburse something and do right by me. . There servce department and mechanical department is very poor.
