We have literally been trying for years to cancel this cellular service. When we initiated it we created a new email for a child. That email got lost and they supposedly have no idea how to cancel the charges without that email. We canceled the original card it was charged to hoping it would solve the issue. But we are still getting charged every single month for a cell service we haven't used in over 3 years. Resolution Sought Refund from the obvious months we never used it and look up our account with the debit card and STOP charging us every month.

I am asking for help on this company Google Bold that my son Chris used once in May 2023 for a resume. They took it out once and then nothing cause he cancelled it. No money came out in June, July and August cause I had my bank check this out. all the sudden September came and they did it again, October, November, December and now January 2024. The amount is $25.39 a month which is stupid cause you don't need a resume a month sorry. I want my shitting money back now with interest, they will pay $5.00 for my new bank card that I have to pay for. I want this to stop cause this is ridiculous. I only have a phone number,it is 865-836-3987 and I have my bank statements to prove this. Please get my money back. Resolution Sought Get the money back for me with interest and have them pay me $5.00 extra for my new bank card. They owe me $153.00 plus interest and for my bank card.
