Google fiber was negligent in regard to my refund due to me moving and having to cancel their service.

I had called them to ask where my refund was they first told me it would be processed on the first of January 2020 so i called them around the 1st i believe and they tell me it will be returned on the 13th when they collect for their bill. So I waited until 12 pm and no refund so i called and they proceeded to tell me it would take an additional 5 days due to an issue but they would escalate it and that response just had me fuming. But the next day the funds were there and they made right but their refund SOP needs to be re worked. But as stated they've made right on the situation and for that i thank them.
