Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. I am locked out of my Google account to my old email address which is every time I try to log back in even though I think I'm using the correct password they are sending me a text to a phone number that I no longer have access to which is they are not letting me use my recovery email that I had linked to the account which is I was able to get back into that account so it's constantly sending me on a run around and I've tried to follow the recovery account page and that does nothing either I have several sentimental items in this email such as family photos family correspondence letters they wrote for me of reference information about my dad and brother who are now deceased and other information about family members and pictures of them that are now de deceased also have information I also have information in there that I need for an upcoming criminal Court court case that I need to get into and Google's recovery options are not allowing me to get into their please inform Google allow a person to reach out to me or to allow me to get back into this account they should be able to verify my account through y'all as I don't see why they wouldn't because I am the only one who would file the complaint no one else please also inform them that I'm filing several complaints with different agencies about this and that I will not cease or desist I don't care if this goes on for how long I'm going to continue doing Resolution Sought For them to help me get into my account and stop sending me around in circles let them know that I'm filing several complaints with every agency that I can I'm not going to see some justice or stop filing complaints I don't care if it takes a year and if they don't I'm going to have lawyer subpoena subpoena them and I'm going to file a civil suit on them so they might as well go about doing it the easy way I want to thank your agency for giving me the option to file the complaint

I did not receive the service then I was told that they're gonna make an exception and give me a refund and then they cancel my service and they said a refund will not be allowed I never. Resolution Sought Give me my money back, and a formal apology
