Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I am the owner of OPA Home Care & Skilled Nursing in Roswell, GA. A fake 1-star review by "Arlan Zaruil" (no client record) was posted April 7, 2026. Within 23 hours we received an email from Sarah Cameto offering paid removal for $42/month. Google rejected our extortion report (Case #5-7275000040516) despite clear evidence. Please immediately remove the fraudulent review and escalate Case #5-7275000040516. Resolution Sought I am the owner of OPA Home Care & Skilled Nursing in Roswell, GA. they are giving my information, I get hundreds of emails daily of junk emails. Now I cant get my personal email. I block all the advertisement emails, but they just keep popping up. Then they want to charge me monthly for storage, which I would not need if they would not sent all the junk emails. Resolution Sought stop selling my info and sending me junk emails.
