Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Purchased 2 separate Google play gift cards but upon redeeming then I was given a request for "more information" (pictures of the gift cards, receipts, etc.) About 24 hours after sending in all the aforementioned information and pictures I was informed that they still would not allow me to redeem my codes so I contacted support and was given the same instructions to send in the pictures and information and was assured that my gift cards would be working by the end though they are still yet to respond again and my cards are not working Resolution Sought The ability to redeem my gift cards or a refund

I'm complaining about Google I have tried & tried to get them to help me with my account My email I have had for yrs I cannot change my old phone number to get security codes all of a sudden they are going to start messing with me This all happened when I got a new phone & new phone number I'm very pissed because I use my email for work & etc Never ever had I had problems like this before All I want is help from google Nice to know they can just ignore ppl I had to make a new email till I get this taken care of & I can only use the new email on my computer since Google refused to let me put it on my phone Resolution Sought Let them know I need the help they are not giving me.
