Order was placed on 12-7-24, with guarantee Christmas delivery. As of 12-23, with zero to none, customer service, no candles or shipments sent. They are a shady business, that give small businesses and Kentucky a bad name. If you look on their Facebook page, I am not alone with my complaint. Resolution Sought Refund

I made an order on December 14th and never received any kind of confrmation or updates regarding the order so on December 20th i because a bit concerned so i emailed and got no response i tried two more times still no response so i made a BBB complaint which the company was fast to respond to. i explained i made the order didnt know the order number and wasn't sure which email i used since i could find no correspondence from Gooseceek in any of my emails but told them i had the debit card transaction and sent the screenshot the employee from this vompany proceeded to tell me that it was mot a legitimate purchase and used a fraudulent website and suggested calling my bank asap and making a claim which i did immediately 2 days before christmas gad to cancel my card had no access to my money made a whole fraud claim which all caused a lot of problems for me and then received another message not long after that said heres your order number thanks! A week later still nothing emailed again ward nothing back a week after that i get a ups alert thar my package is on the way my package arrived missing an item and again ive emailed 3 to 4 times no response no refund issued and no other packages with the missing item have arrived not to mention their candles are awful and id rather return them but wth this company being such a prpblem thus far i ptobably shouldnt even bother Resolution Sought I want my money back. Its caused me so many problems and stress i just want my money bqck
