I put a down payment of $500. Next payment of $200 and 120. For tags. Told carlot check engine light was on. The didn't care. Next day car over heated. And whole exhaust system fell out from under the car. The sent it to shade tree mechanic. Who said it was only radiator cap causing it to over heat. Had muffler shop just wend junk exhaust back under car. Now I can't get to work and about to lose my job. Resolution Sought Refund all my money. $850 PLUS $500 FOR WEEK OF WORK LOST.

This is not at all how this happened. The customer did put a down payment and made his first payment and a deferred payment. When the car broke down we told him to get it to us and we would see what's going on and get it fixed. From our understanding the car was not giving him any issues after we fixed it, for free. About a week later he told me it overheated and won't run anymore which means he blew the heads which is 100 percent preventable. While I didn't have to do anything else for him at this point because there was driver abuse done to the vehicle, I transferred him out into another vehicle for no extra charge. Then I towed the vehicle he blew up back to my location for no charge as well. Kelly made a huge mess that I cleaned up for him and then he went and files a false report against us. All the while he is still a current customer with me making his car payments.
