My ref with Gotogate is 1092-506-914 I booked a flight through Gotogate with Qatar Airways from Johannesburg to Barcelona. Qatar cancelled my flight in February 2026. Go to gate confirmed that Qatar notify them that they would refund my tickets. On 6 th April gotogate confirmed they received refund from Qatar but have never refunded me. Resolution Sought Please just refund the money that qatar paid gotogate back

I am seeking your legal assistance regarding an unresolved dispute with Gotogate following the cancellation of my flight (Paris to Dubai, April 2026). The flight was officially cancelled by the airline on April 9, 2026. Despite Gotogate's initial commitment to process a refund within 15 days, no payment has been issued to date. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter through their customer service via phone and chat, yet my requests remain unfulfilled, met only with vague, stalling responses. Gotogate has failed to meet its legal obligations, erroneously citing the need to wait for funds from the airline. Under EU Regulation 261/2004 and applicable French law (Article L211-17 of the Code du Tourisme), Gotogate is directly liable for this refund. The total amount due is .535.35 EUR I would like to formally instruct you to initiate the necessary legal actions to recover this amount immediately, including any applicable compensation for the damages caused by this prolonged and unjustified withholding of funds.
