They canceled my flight and didn't notify me

I bought my flights from January 2024, and in April 2024 the airline notified them that my flight was cancelled, they did not notify me, I have asked for a refund because I bought in time so that the flight would not be the case, and now I am 1 month away from my trip, and I go to gate nothing that gives me my refund, and they only drag me out, I had to look for contact alternatives so that they stop ignoring me, I'm still waiting for my money to be returned.

DONT BOOK WITH THEM !!!!

I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding my recent booking with GTG . Unfortunately, they are not trusted, and not refunding the money to clients for more than 3 month now Despite several follow-up attempts and assurances from their representatives. Booking ID 40-475514724 with refund amount of AED 1859 Be carefull and do not be scammed by them.
