I ordered cat products online with this business that has a website. The merchant deducted $9.48 cents from my bank card but I have not received the product I ordered. Phone lines are busy all the time and no way to create a login or contact support@gozilo.com. Resolution Sought I would like my money refunded back to my account or the merchant to send me the products I ordered online.
