In November of 2021 I had an appointment to get a tattoo. From the original consultation I was told it would cost me $1500.00 for full color. I went to get the tattoo done and half way threw he tells me I needed to pay and then I'm told it's going to cost me another $600.00 than what the artist originally said. the artist didn't complete and said come back tomorrow. Went back the next day after waiting 5 hours he finally took me back and worked maybe an hour after complaining about people not tipping for tattoo work. He then said I needed to reschedule for 2 weeks later for, which I did. When I showed up for next appointment he is a no show and doesn't reach out to me until the lady at the desk gets a hold of him. Then I reschedule for a second time for him to be a no show again. Then I'm told I needed to reschedule like 3 mouths later to which I did. I show up for the reschedule and come to find out I was one of 5 people rescheduled for the same artist that day, which again he was a no show. So, after being stood up 3 times because the artist isn't a man of his word or tells customers things and doesn't follow through. I reached out to the shop manager and got the runaround from him as well. Then I got a hold of the owner back in June of grade A Tattoos Clyde Thatcher to which, I have all the messages from him saying that either the artist would complete the work or pay me the $600 or he would have to pack his things up. Cylde also even said he would have another artist fini Resolution Sought Continue from above: which none of the above have been done and I was stung along by the own also and he obviously isn't a man of his word either! Because the last few messages I have sent he doesn't even respond. I just want the $600 more I paid, so I can go to a different artist to get the tattoo finished.

No she paid 2,700$ for almost 7/8 of a sleeve when the artist in question (Allen) has a set hourly wage of 300$ with a 100$ design fee, now we do however offer a 1500$ "all-day" session (per session basis) which gives the artist and customer a chance to focus on the art rather than time or money! The customers first appointment she paid 1500$ after trying to sell her engagement ring as well to cover that cost she goes on to put a deposit down and schedule another appointment with the same artist in that appointment she refused to pay per session or hourly and stated she only brought 1,000$ and with her 200$ deposit added only paid 1,200$ the second all day session at that point Allen did state he wasn't staying any later because he has already tattooed her for over 13 hours and hasn't so much as been tipped or shown appreciation for staying over both appointments! Kayla had used the managers not being available or the details of her services at the time she text the owner and gave a completely different perspective/story then what actually took place! I recommend the customer take pictures and attach them with their response so that you can visually see the amount of work and detail in her work and if she does not I will gladly post the ones she sent today with the threat of BBB complaint and all record of services mind you we keep a very detailed record of service from time started to end service and any and all financial exchanges I can gladly attach. This customer has had relations with a past artist which to some extent became the real issue here( not stating names) only because the person she had or has issues with is not with us any longer. So we do not accept this complaint nor do we offer any free services.

Well first of all I'm not Kayla nor a female. I'm a man! So from the sound of that response not only have you done the same stuff to me you have also done it to others. And from the sound of it your Artist Allen isn't and honest man and nor is the owner of grade A Tattoos. And I have talked to other artist and Allen is well known for telling people what he will do then not following threw nor is he a man of his word. I also have multiple messages for Cylde Thatcher stating he was going to either get me $600 dollars back or have another artist finish is it or Allen would finish it or and if he didn't he would have to pack his stuff up and wouldn't be working at grade A "F" Tattoos anymore. So I was book to have a tattoo done an Allen didn't finish said to come back the next day. Well he didn't finish then said set an appointment for 2 weeks late which I did an he stood me up. Rescheduled for a second time only to be told up gain. Had to reschedule a 3rd time and when I went back I was one of 5 people rescheduled for Allen that same day to finish my tattoo and again he was a no show. And the last messages I sent cylde he hasn't responded.
