I returned to Grade a Tattoo & Piercings for another tattoo since my first experience was good. But this time not so great… I came I January 6th, wanting/ asking for a snake tattoo to be done on my right arm. I showed the person at the first desk at the time the design, and they had someone in mind to do it and introduced me to the tattoo artist that could, Shaquille. After being told the full price of the tattoo that being $400, I then paid the down payment on my card for the tattoo, that was $100. On January 27th, I came back for my session and paid the rest of the payment ($300) up front in cash. On the day of the actual tattoo the tattoo artist showed me a different design that he had re drew and his excuse for changing it was "The other design would be too big for your arm". The way he placed the tattoo it came up to my upper palm and my boyfriend mentioned that it would fade away faster if it was on my palm, so he replaced it again and it was still on my palm, but the tattoo artist made it seem as if everything was going to be fine. Me not knowing a lot about tattoos and this being my second tattoo I went with it. They knew this and took advantage of the situation, getting away with it. After the session it looked great. Up until 2 weeks later the tattoo started to completely erase on my wrist as if someone drew it with a pen. I then went up to the shop looking for Shaq to show him the tattoo in person because I had concerns and wanted to get a refund. I was told he was Resolution Sought I would like the business to own up to the word, and offering me a refund like they said they would. And since they cannot fix the tattoo themselves, correcting their mistake. I would want my money back, which I haven't gotten it back!
