I was having problems with my tech tablet: Virus "invasions" popping up. I tried to order a service to help clear up the viruses on my tablet: GetGraFixStrong popped up for a 7day trial(8-18-2021). I received nothing for this $19.97 charge. On 8-24-2021, I was charged $99.97. I called to see what I had ordered. The representative said my funds were used to enter a registry to win a laptop. The representative could not quote the value of the laptop. I immediately asked the representative to cancel my credit card connection with them. The copy could not refund my $99.97. The company quivered between giving me nothing for my money or keeping me on the entry list for laptop until the end of September. My cancellation did not sit well with them: Basically, my $99.97 was gone, used as an entry fee (recurring if I had not cancelled). Their New Jersey phone number is 888-675-0282. The "sale #" for my $99.97 is 247507677S66J9E6Y. I hope they can explain to you exactly what they offer. Thank you for your service! Resolution Sought Give me refund for $99.97
