This company claims to be in Cali however they are based in China. My order took months to arrive and then it was absolutely not anything like what they claimed the product to be. I bought what was supposed to be a real mineral and crystal coffee mug. They even have a video on the page showing a crystal being cut into a mug. What I got was a tiny plastic mug that is painted to look like a crystal and it has a steel little cup inside it that comes out when you tip the cup. Absolutely nothing like the product description or what they claim it to be. I went onto their Facebook page and they have countless negative reviews and angry customers commenting on ads saying they did not get what they paid for, after waiting a long time for the shipment to arrive. This company is a scam and they're preying on good people. Resolution Sought I would like a refund and I would like this company to be shut down and to be banned from social media platforms. I rate this Chinese company ZERO stars.
