I have pre-purchased a vehicle which is normal in dealerships right now. Traded in my car they gave me a loaner for almost 3 weeks which they told me it would only take a couple of days to get. When I sign the paperwork for the car I was told I was getting a white car almost 3 weeks later I ended up getting a black car and the features that I was promised were not on there. The manager told me there was a shortage and chips that they would try to make it right. He then started dodging me I had to contact his supervisor said that they would contact Nissan to try to get the chips for me and then when he found out I did a survey that didn't meet their expectations. He told me he couldn't help me. He started dodging me he told me he would call me back but never did and never answered my call again. I then reached out to consumer affairs and Nissan corporate and filed a complaint which they are in the process of investigating. I am missing the remote start and the app feature Nissan connect. There are other features but those are not important at this moment. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is for them to give me the features that they had promised me not because Nissan has a chip shortage I paid for a vehicle that I thought I was getting the paperwork even shows we're giving me a white car I got a black car I am happy with the car itself I am not happy with the features.
