I booked a trip with Grand Circle/ OAT Travel, I had to cancel due to an unexpected injury. I purchased trip insurance, put a claim in with TripMate. It got approved. However, they never refunded my money. It's been well over 3 months and I keep getting the run around. Resolution Sought Make a better refund policy. Nobody has thousands of dollars to just give away. I need my money back so that I can pay off my medical bills and credit card debt.
