In 2010, we made the unfortunate decision to enter into a contract with this company. Regrettably, we were compelled to upgrade our contract in 2012. As a result, we now find ourselves burdened with a debt of approximately $4,825 that remains unpaid to this company. We were enticed into purchasing this timeshare with the promise of it being a lucrative investment, enabling us to enjoy vacations at any time and in any location. Furthermore, we had hoped to pass on this supposed "great investment" to our children in the future. However, it quickly became apparent that this purchase was far from an investment, let alone a "great investment." On numerous occasions, we have been unable to take vacations due to an alarming scarcity of available units. Since being deceived, I have been grappling with health issues that prevent me from enjoying any vacation time, as my medical condition requires ongoing treatment. Additionally, the ever-increasing maintenance fees associated with our purchase have posed significant challenges. This timeshare has become an immense source of stress, both emotionally and financially. We are no longer willing to bear the lifelong financial burden it imposes, nor do we wish to pass it on to our children. All we desperately desire is to terminate our timeshare contract and sever ties with this company once and for all. Resolution Sought We need them to close our account.
