We have been completely defrauded by this company. We have exhausted ourselves paying fees for something we aren't even able to use!. We have been trying to cancel our account, and we have lost all respect for Grand Crowne Resorts. We have tried contacting them, but no one will help us. We were lied to by their salesmen and we fault them for deceiving us into this purchase. We expressed that we wanted to vacation in Myrtle Beach and we were promised that we would be able to do so if we purchased the timeshare. Later we discovered that we had been lied to after we called them and were told that they don't have resorts in Myrtle Beach. Our contract was paid in full on June 8, 2020. We feel as if we are being extorted by this company. We have held up our end of the deal, and even though they have failed, we continue to be charged fees. We want our contract terminated and our money refunded. Resolution Sought FULL REFUND
