Grand Rapids construction started a project in my basement 5 months ago with drywall being cut at the floor with the owner explaining to me that it can be covered up with trim. I never discussed puting in trim just carpet squares myself. There is still a door that was knocked out in middle of floor with excess material from drywall in furnace room next to workspace and materials left in garage and the secretary called to see if I had a time frame when the carpet squares would be put in so they can put in trim. The walls are supposed to be painted an eggshell white but only have a thin layer of primer. There is a third party involved which is a public guardian/ conservator due to a head injury a while back. The conservator takes care of the payments for big expenses which the company asked for 10,000 dollars in the beginning and a progress payment a quarter of the way through. There has been over twenty one thousand dollars spent, the work is not finished and the quote was for seventeen thousand five hundred dollars Resolution Sought My desire is to have five thousand sent back to conservator to have someone else finish the project
