Customer Service lousy takes hours and I mean hours to get anyone to answer the phone. On hold forever and they are quick to take your money or disconnect your cable but wont be there for you when you call for a pay per view and equipment service. Resolution Sought Better customer service quicker response time remove the looonnnggg wait on the phone. This is ridiculous
