If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. My 86 year old grandmother drove for miles just to get her clocks fixed and when we got there, some scumbag behind the counter told us he wouldn't fix them. He never even looked at them and he literally told us that he refurbishes clocks but wouldn't refurbish ours. I am absolutely furious at the way he treated me and my grandmother like second class citizens. No amount of compensation will fix this. Something needs to be done about this as soon as possible. I will not allow that level of debauchery to go unpunished. I don't care that he was rude to me but he was rude to my 86 year old grandmother and that's crossing the line so something needs to be done about it as soon as possible. I am putting my faith in the system right now. Please do not let me down. Resolution Sought Explanation is necessary. I either want the man responsible to be fired or I want the entire shop shut down. I mean it. I'm doing the right thing by letting you guys handle it instead of handling it myself so please, just clean house. I am absolutely livid and I need justice.
